 Who is an addict? I am. I know that much. But I have come to terms with that and found a better way and so can you.

Freedom from the slavery we lived in is possible for us all.  I am living proof .  We all have the same opportunity. The disease of addiction 

is so cunning. What other disease out there tricks into believing you don't have a disease? It's crazy!  But the disease is real and so 

 powerful one person cannot beat it on there own.

Believe me, I know. I tried many times. The good news is that it can be treated and you can lead the life you were

meant to lead.  We deserve better. It takes a strong person to have the  honesty, open-mindedness and willingness  needed

 to change. Getting help is a sign of strength but often viewed  as a sign weakness by  addicts like me.  I flipped the script and today I 

know the truth. Even if you have tried before unsuccessfully, TRY AGAIN!  You keep trying because the next time something

might click and you might get it. You have been blessed with another chance. Many people are not so lucky. Take

advantage of the opportunity. It is worth it.  Stop beating yourself up and give yourself a break. Use some of the tools and

suggestions provided  to your advantage. One of them could make something click! It's worth a shot. What have you got
